I don't want to collect too many, but I want to have several quality preset packs for either serum or sylenth. Which company or sites can you recommend?
I'm open to all genres except dubstep. Otherwise, future bass, pop, edm, R&B, hiphop is all good

For most of those genres, you might like the packs put out by ADSR Sounds, particularly the ones created by Shane Robbins (aka Echo Sound Works).

Yep, I buy almost everything that guy makes. For Future bass, number one choice for sure.

PluginGuru has an excellent patch library for Serum titled Kamoji V1 for Serum. The programming is second to none and rather versatile beyond the ordinary EDM sounds - https://www.pluginguru.com/products/kamoji-v1/
