like said multiple times before. This will NOT come. Don't wait for it. We are still selling the EFX1 and EFX2 plugin bundles. If we would make Avenger a standalone FX suite, this would make these products obsolete. We will not do this. Furthermore we do not have a license for all the ArtsAcoustic plugins to distribute as standalone. These are Avenger exclusive.
You said before avenger isnt kontakt or sampler and look what happened.
I am sure if more people will ask and will email rene things can be change.

Under the Licence you may not and shall not, without Our express written authorization:
- commercially use any compositions, melodies, melody-loops, lyrics, and vocal-samples or parts hereof from any Vengeance Samples or Audio Plugin Libraries. All rights on melodies, musical compositions, lyrics, vocals, and melody-loops included in Vengeance Samples or Audio Plugin Libraries are owned by Us and are reserved.

I understand all Arps, Sequences, Basslines, Vox presets (Avenger/Phalanx), AR presets and SQ (Nexus) and all the Bass Loops, Synth Loops, Melody Loops (Vengeance packs) are forbidden to use in song made with the purpose of being comercially released?
this would be bs wouldnt it? i mean if i use a sample in my song i should sell it too. not the sample itself but used in a song, also if i use an arp in a song this should be totally legal? there are songs commercially succesful which used even unaltered presets!

My AVG virus catcher even gives the name and type of the infecting piece of code.

You take a lot on trust.

No AV warnings here... Anyways since it's a gearslutz thread everyone can google it themself.
A statement from the dev would be great because it doesn't seem to be a "spelling error" as mentioned in the gs thread

I also visited the site yesterday and got no warnings either. And I'm using Malwarebytes, which is the most paranoid of the anti-malwares. So, I too think it's a false positive.

@ kevvvvv - Better report it to AVG. They should take care of that.

I'm hoping/guessing this means you can't re-release them commercially as samples/loops/presets. It wouldn't make much sense - especially for someone who doesn't do sound design - to buy a synth whose presets you are legally prohibited from using in a song. And anybody buying their sample packs or preset packs would be even more nonsensical.

No, it doesn't mean you can't use the presets, it means you can't use the melodies they composed for the presets, the ones that are included in arpeggios, or sequences, and make money with it. You must consider these melodies as demos.
Please don’t read the above post. It’s a stupid one. Simply pass.
