Hi everyone,
this is the official Hypernode for Kontakt thread! (*Applause*).
Well, what's Hypernode?
An electronic music arranger for Kontakt 5.7 / Kontakt Player.
It will feature around 300 multi instruments that cover electronic genres such as downtempo, chill out, lounge, ambient, dance and so on. It is loaded with nearly 600 sounds like basses, leads, pads, organs, keys, textures and sound effects.
Check out some style demos:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cKeXPZ ... R_Npzqb7VA
(Everything played live, no loops. In some videos, there is a slight delay/shift in audio - apologies for that).
Hypernode comes with seperate NKI instruments for each type of sound:

It also features a true harmony/harmonizing engine with chord recognition.
Also, the main accompaniment module can play scales and detect minor/major chords (+ inversions) as well.
For more information, read the full feature list here:
http://rigid-audio.com/products_hypernode_overview.html
It is still in development but nearly done. To celebrate that, you can pre-order it for only $49.99 USD.
(MSRP will be $299.99). This offer will end on the 1st of March, 2018.
Thanks for your time!

Is the red GUI the actual release version ?
can you show us some actual working / tweaking of the instrument.
The red GUI looks very difficult to work with.

Yes, it is. (At least for the accompaniment module). The other modules do have different colours for easier differentiation.topaz wrote:Is the red GUI the actual release version ?

In some of the videos you can see the accompaniment module actually doing its magic. More videos including tweaking and creating "styles" from scratch will follow soon

Bought via pre-order, just sweating out the wait now. I love that there are separate NKI's, that means I can run them on separate input channels (MIDI guitar), and if I want to use my own samples the MIDI-out of Kontakt will let me separate out the MIDI stream by channel.
I get the impression that the snapshot keys are separate, and thus not playable tonally. What I mean is, I would prefer an option whereby I can dictate that eg. snapshot #1 is loaded and triggered by, say, C2. So I play C2 - snapshot #1 loads - snapshot #1 plays and it plays in C2 (assuming sequence is programmed at root). I don't have a spare hand for keyswitching because MIDI guitar.
Regardless though, waiting eagerly - fantastic concept! (I suggested to Five12 a while ago that he should come up with a version of Numerology or something like it using K script, Windows users would finally be able to use his product via Kontakt, but it didn't catch fire with him I guess.)

Yes, you can let the modules send MIDI to the outside world.
I see what you mean.
The "snapshot" keys (keyswitch-keys) can't be played, that is correct. They're currently just for the pattern switching. But you can of course trigger them using your MIDI-guitar, so that e.g. C2 would trigger the intro pattern Intro and D2 would playback the verse pattern.

Here's a video where i am creating a (rather simple) Hypernode style from scratch.
It shows some basic tweaking of functions as well as working with the patterns.
