Bluecat Late Replies can be a decent spectral multi-tap delay.

I highly suggest you check out using Bluecat Late replies and use your favourite spectral plugin.
I've been using Unfiltered Audio SpecOps to great effect here with Incredible results.
Just a heads up to those who like to mangle stuff with spectral processing
It isn't quite as powerful as a dedicated spectral delay, but it's still pretty fun.

I can only imagine the cpu hit and latency !!!
