If you haven't yet fixed the EQ top end problem of the other plugin, have a look at the Bessel filter in wdl-ol overdrive example (https://github.com/olilarkin/wdl-ol/blo ... stortion.h ) You can also design a suitable FIR using matlab or something similar. There are also filters that are named "half band polyphase" for this task.
