Midi notes recorded early

Hi all, Bitwig support has not helped me with this so I thought to post it here. To reproduce the issue, I play notes along with the metronome while recording. The notes are recorded early. hope someone can provide some ideas for troubleshooting this. I've tested the same action in Reaper and everything is recorded on time. Is there some kind of compensation going on here that I can turn off?
