People who dismiss Dimension and Rapture simply have no idea how creative you can get linking elements together
& working with sfz files that go well beyond triggering samples.

Fish definitely needs an update. It could use GUI scaling, a few more mackerel controls, and, sheesh, make it 64-bite already.

I vote for Sfz+. Since I went fully 64bit I have been searching a good high quality no nonsense sf2 and sfz player. Haven't found one yet.

Truth to be told I don't think they will be updating any of the Cakewalk software. Instead I see them integrating all the acquired bits into their online DAW to turn it into something similar to the failed Ohmforce online daw.AnX wrote:They look like they are app based, any signs they might do vst updates at all?

TBH, i dismiss Rapture because of the architecture, tedious programming and GUI, and, because other stuff just sounds better to me.melomood wrote:People who dismiss Dimension and Rapture simply have no idea how creative you can get linking elements together

Rapture! (Forget the suffix Pro)... But, it works nicely in 64 Bit... So please, please don't update!

Sad to see that Pentagon got fewer votes than Fish. I had a lot of fond memories of that one.
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.
