Evolution Jumbo 12 in Kontakt 5

Running Kontakt 5 through Reaper. Loaded the Evolution Jumbo 12 into my current multi-rack and it won't produce sound with my MIDI keyboard. It plays just fine when I use the digital keyboard (mouse click) in Kontakt. All the other instruments in the same multi-rack work fine when played with my MIDI keyboard, but not the Jumbo 12. Any ideas? Is there an audio output setting in the Jumbo 12 that I'm missing. Unlike the other instruments, I don't see a MIDI channel or output selection pulldown menu with the Jumbo 12. I'd appreciate any help.

Don't know, why you do not hear anything, but to your question: "I don't see a MIDI channel or output selection pulldown menu with the Jumbo 12..."
I had the same question a few months ago and this was the answer:
"... Next to the library title, there is a camera and an "i" icon. Click "i" and the usual features like channel input will be shown.
Most libraries default to the "i", but these default to the snapshot camera tab, probably for ease of loading presets."
