The skin is now available directly from KVR.
This new archive contains a Images.res rather than individual image files so that all images can be swapped automatically in one go rather than having to do it manually one by one.
Detailed install instructions are, as always, in the archive.
Enjoy.

I had a hunch it wont be long until somebody asks this question.
(I put a notice in the opening post regarding this.)
Anyway the short answer is that you dont, because you need the individual images. (Im not using a Mac so i didnt think of that.) However, i will be happy to provide another package for those on OSX in 24 hours, i.e. when KVR permits me to upload something again. Since it will be for Mac only i can then also name the files as required by OSX.

Just to be clear:
Image files on OSX need a '00bmp' prefix regardless of the actual file format.
So if the original filename is '101.png', it would have to be named '00bmp101.png' for OSX, i.e. no underscore or anything.
Correct?

Thanks
Here's a link to Mac images (BTW, prefix is bmp00 not 00bmp): https://www.dropbox.com/s/czo8ryxurqp3j ... r.zip?dl=0

The pic host i was using went down a few days ago and still isnt back up again.
Maybe it will return shortly, maybe never, i have no idea whats going on there.
Thats why none of the images i posted in various threads can be viewed right now.
