Can I get Windows 10 Media Player to use ASIO4ALL ?

I am running Reaper and ASIO4ALL which talks to my soundcard.
The maufacturers of the soundcard dont have any drivers, they just say "use ASIO4ALL".
It works fine.
However, if I want to switch between Reaper and (for example) WIndows 10 media player, I have to open manually the ASIO4ALL system tray app and manually switch off my soundcard and switch on the Windows stuff.
Is there any way I can convince Win10 apps to use ASIO4ALL without all this manual switching?

Yes, use a virtual audio input into Reaper.
VB is free, there's also virtual audio cable in existence.

So the workflow would be Windows Media Player -> Reaper -> ASIO4ALL -> Sound CardRunBeerRun wrote:Yes, use a virtual audio input into Reaper.

I'm aware of the Virtual Midi cable and I use that.
I looked up VB and I'm pretty sure you're talking about VB Audio.
