Yes, native access says they're installed before anybody asks.

I am missing RC 24, RC 48 and Transient Master FX. They do not show up in the Cubase FX section.

So I did some research to see if other people have this same problem before I came here.

One thing i read said that RC 24 and 48 are stand alone only. Is this true. Can somebody confirm this? If not, how do I get them to show in Cubase FX?

I haven't researched Transient Master FX (how I actually found out I have missing plugins) but I'm guessing same thing? Stand alone only?

Or a Reaktor Ensemble possibly?

Don't know. Grasping at straws here. NI has no documentation on this (of course) so don't know where else to turn.

Thanks for the assistance.

Uhm, the RCs and Transient Master are definitely plugins, not standalone applications.
Unless you meant "standalone" like "non Reaktor standalone plugins", then yes, they definitely are.
If there are also Reaktor Ensembles for them, no clue. But they're definitely regular plugins that should show up in your host.
Maybe check that they're not disabled (why ever) in the plugin manager, or try to reset the Cubase VST cache.
Confucamus.

Problem solved. I won't get into a long explanation. Suffice it to say that NI doesn't do things like other vendors and I had to go looking for the plugins and move them to where I wanted to put them.

NI installer on the mac puts it in the standard location.
On Windows side, since there really is no standard location, both via Native Access and via the standalone older installers, you can select the location where you want them.
But of course it is easier to blame NI than oneself.

You know what man? I'm not blaming NI for anything. I just wanted to know where they put the dlls. Everybody else puts them where I expect them to be. When I first installed Komplete 9 (several years ago) I didn't have to look for anything. It was all where I expected it. Since the new installers, that isn't the case anymore. K11 put them in a different place, something I wasn't expecting. There was no documentation or warning saying "Oh, by the way, K11 doesn't install the way your K9 did. You'll need to do this in order to point the installation to where you want things to go."

And even then, as older plugs seemed to be sorted according to type (EQs, Compressors, Reverbs, etc) now, it all goes into one folder. If you want sub folders of stuff, which is how I keep my plugs, you have to manually move them there. There's no option for multiple folder installs. Every other FX I have, such as Soundtoys (great system) puts them all in a sub folder and I can easily find any of them in Cubase by just typing in Soundtoys and there they all are. Again, I don't have this problem with any other company. Just NI. But again, I'm not blaming them for anything. But if you're going to do things differently from everybody else, expect people to maybe be a little confused as to why stuff isn't showing up.

FTR, I love NI's stuff. I have tons of it. I have no problem with the company. I just wanted to know where my stuff was.

So thank you for being so f**king helpful.
