How can the RME HDSP card be made work with Bitwig / Bitwig 2 ?

when creating inputs and outputs it generates crazy noise and looping

Hey, I've used a RME MADI FX pcie card for a long while to sync bitwig up with my eurorack system. I'd suggest first making sure you've got the most current drivers installed. Also if your card comes with the TotalMix FX program, make sure to reset all the routing to default as there are allot of features on that software involving loopback / talk back routing

I use already since bitwig 1.0 my emergency hdspe card without any troubles, for linux. Works flawlessly with very low latency.
