I also PM'ed and subsequently paid for this, so if anyone is interested, it has almost certainly been sold.

We received no transfer request for this Diva license so far, but an inquiry if this sale is legit.

I have sent the thread creator a message to hopefully figure some things out, but for now I would recommend to wait before sending any more money his way.
Cheers,
Rob

Thanks Rob – appreciate you helping to clarify this situation.

I will give this a bit more time before considering a PayPal dispute.

I also purchased a license (Sonic Projects OP-X Pro II) from this seller, and have not heard from him since. I will be opening a PayPal dispute for a refund.

You paid him for the OP-X-II license? So did I. This guy is a scammer. I already wrote about my experience in the feedback thread.

I would definitely suggest anyone who has sent him money open a paypal dispute and try to get your money back.

we really need some new rule or rules for the marketplace. I am tired of people getting ripped off. I almost did myself recently. At least a 100 post minimum. Is that too much to ask?

Whoa, man, that's like asking to get scammed. I'd make that 5000 minimum to be safe.

I bought it secondhand for 100, so it's not really the price that's an issue. KVR should just implement a system of tagging scammers or IP ban them. People who were scammed should post the paypal email to help others avoid any new usernames.

As someone with a low post count and nothing but positive feedback as both a seller and buyer, I would politely disagree. Potential buyers just need to be smarter. Diva for 90 bucks from an unknown seller, with a low post count? I'll just send the money and hope for the best... Or maybe I should contact uhe first just to check that it's legit and maybe I can convince the seller to part with the license first, as a gesture of good will to a buyer with good feedback.

If a deal looks to good to be true it probably is. Operate by this rule here and you probably won't fall foul to a scam.

This pisses me off, can something be done to this scammer? This is bullshit.
