Hey guys,
i recently moved to a new PC setup from Mac where I bought a PCI card on the cheap so I don’t lose connectivity with my Focusrite Pro 40 over time. I was really in need to expand a little bit so I was looking at another interface the EMU 1820 interface with a BUILT IN PCI card. Since I have one, I just figured I could just use it for additional inputs.. the RME Babyface apparently allows music data to flow back and forth between interfaces.. is this possible with this interface?
Looking at the EMU 1820 interface (how do I integrate)?

Im confused. Have you got a Focusrite Pro 40, an 1820M and a Babyface? Which are you wanting to use together?
Does your new PC actually have PCI slots?
Why would you rather use the 1820M (which can be used as an extra 8 channels of IO over ADAT) rather than the Pro40 (which I think can also be used as an extra 8 channels of IO over ADAT)?
