I’m looking for interesting self oscillating effects that change in pitch, growl, roar and squeal. Delay, filters, pitch shifters, harmonisers, etc... the more analogue or “organic” please excuse the word, the better.

I've gotten great results automating the Delay time of the feedback delay section in ToneBoosters Ferox.

Fantastic, thank you. I haven't tried some of these.

Almost all the Unfiltered Audio plugins can go nuts with feedback. Also the free Valhalla freqecho is great for long feedback. Ohmicide has a per band feedback control which can get seriously nuts. Then there's any pitchshifter with a feedback control. I use dischord or rsmet pitchshifter. Those are all good places to start. What host do you use? Some of them, or a modular subhost like plogue will let you setup incredibly crazy feedback loops. I use Bitwig for these types of things often.
Don't F**K with Mr. Zero.

Audio Damage Discord 4. Pitch shifting with double feedback, serioulsy can get out of hand!

All of Admiral Q's effects (including the FX version of the Polyana synth) can self-oscillate. Even their new phaser! http://www.admiralquality.com/
This is me filtering guitar through Polyana FX. The patch I'm using (variation on the built in 'Polyphonic Comb' pre-set with LFO waveform changed to square) isn't quite self-oscillating- but if I turned resonance up some more it would be. I'm pulling different notes and harmonics out of the guitar part by playing different notes and chords on the keyboard that's controlling Polyana FX. (Admiral even put this on their demos page!! http://www.admiralquality.com/poly-ana-demos/ )
Clean guitar before.... https://soundcloud.com/smh2600/clean-st ... -polyanafx
After filtering with Polyana.... FX: https://soundcloud.com/smh2600/admiral- ... b-on-strat

MFM2 is pretty great for self-oscillation. It has four delay lines that you can route into one another in any combination you want, each with its own resonant filter and a ton of modulation options. Things can get crazy real quick-like.

The PSP N2O (Nitro)!!
Also their delay plugins can go really wild and weird. PSP 85, StompDelay, PSP 608, etc.

No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!
