Hi there,
I'm curious if anyone here has most of the add-on modules:
What is your loading time for the first instance?
I'm having the exact same issue like with Slate's Mix Rack. The more modules you buy, the slower the initial loading of the plugin because of the Ilok protection.
It got so annoying for me, that i took a stopwatch and isntalled the modules one by one, and measured the loading time.
If i delete every module, even the built in uitility one, then i have 3 sec loading time.
As soon as i put the basic Doepfer modules in, its already 7.5sec to start.
Then i add the Intellijel ones: 9sec
And with all teh modues i own: 12.5 sec
That is f**king disturbingly slow. Its the same thing with Slate.
(Once i load the first one after opening the DAW, every other instance loads in 2.5 sec. It's only the very first one.)
So i'm curious is it something with my computer?
I have everything on SSD.
I use Ilok2, but the modular is registered on my PC not even on the USB dongle...
