Greetings, I'm hard at work for my next Thorn soundset "Serene Galaxy" and will share some sounds and news as they become available The first soundset did really well so I'm eager to jump back in because I love the synth so much. There is a lot more potential I'd like to explore. I also like the idea of supporting an awesome developer, in a small way, through a soundset release .

The soundset has been released

It contains 150 presets for any contemporary electronic and ambient music genres. In addition, 150MB of original noise sample sound sources are embedded within the presets. All patches have been volume normalized and contain extensive modulation assignments to the modulation wheel and velocity settings.

Soundset Details

• Includes 150 Presets
• Includes over 150Mb of Noise Samples and Attacks embedded in the presets.
• All patches are volume normalized. (They won't clip and have equal volume levels when scanning between presets)
• Complex Modulation Wheel destinations for all patches. When appropiate, many patches also utilized velocity sensitivity.
• Patches created in the latest 1.06 version of Thorn.

I started my journey with with DS Audio Software, Diversion with;

Serene Horizon (for Diversion), then added
Serene Worlds (for Thorn)
Serene Galaxy (for Thorn), and planning to add
Serene Dimensions (for Thorn) then finally
Serene Universe (for Thorn)



In a way I started at the horizon, skyline, then extended out to worlds, further extending out to a galaxy, then including dimensions and finally the universe. Afterall, all dimensions can be thought to be part of a singular universe and not extensions outside of it, but inherent to.
