I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. We don't have any specific knowledge about that audio interface, I'm afraid. What happens exactly? Which driver model are you using (Windows Audio, ASIO, etc.)?

Thank for your answer Stian. I use now a sound card Creative Sound Blaster and it's ok. Sorry for my english.
