Hello Kvr,
My name is Joe and I'm working with a new plug-in platform in Berlin called Denise.
We are celebrating the launch our website with a competition inviting producers to submit a plug-in idea. Denise will choose one submission and work with the artist to develop the plug-in and release it alongside our current range. We will also create a royalty split with the winner to compensate them for their time during the development stage.
If this sounds interesting to you, click through on the link below to read more and make a submission.

Music Radar also featured the news on their site, which is worth reading:

Hi all.
Thanks to everyone who entered into the contest earlier in the summer. We have now designed and developed a first version of the plug-in which is almost ready for release. I wanted to catch up with the producer behind the idea and ask him a couple of questions about it.
You can check that out here: https://www.denise.io/blog/2018/10/maki ... in-contest
Nice one,

The interview piqued my interest because in the music I make, dub techno and lofi and hazy beats, I also use lots of noise. For bass, I get very good results using Plogue PortaFM précieuse because of its aliasing. Looking forward to the release and will be watching this space.

Keep an eye on KVR or follow us online, we'll be keeping all platforms up-to-date with the release.
Best,
Joe.

Cool idea but I think Hornet have done this already with Corrosion. Funnily enough it's a collab with a bass music producer too
I once thought I had mono for an entire year. It turned out I was just really bored...

Hi KVR forum crew,
I wanted to share a recent interview with the mind behind the Denise plug-in range, JD Young. We had a chance to catch up with him and ask him some questions about the winning plug-in from our contest earlier in the year. He has been hard at work on the plug-in and we're planning for a release on the 22nd of October:

I totally agree - noise is a secret weapon, at least for the music I like and like tonproduce.
Adaptive noise plugin - instant buy for me. Lots of my bass comes from Plogue PortFM which has a lot of aliasing and hence noise. Other I’m keen to try this on other sound sources besides that particular style of FM for noisy bass. I also run my sounds through Soniccharge Permut8 and softubes OTO Biscuit, and then filter and layer the aliasing, often running through a Resonator bank. Keen to see what adaptive noise can bring to that workflow too.
