Neither of those are free, whereas TX16Wx has a free version.

Haven't tried it, and there's a two stage installation process (it's based on Halion Sonic SE), but this is free.

Maybe these links can help:
Regarding Grace: https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2015/0 ... pler-free/
Best free samplers: https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2010/0 ... -samplers/
From the freeware list's intro text: "Without any doubt, the best freeware sampler on today’s plugin market is Grace by One Small Clue. It lacks some of the more advanced features found in various commercial samplers (and even some freeware ones such as Shortcircuit 1 and TX16Wx), however, Grace makes up for it with a brilliant workflow and easy access to all of the plugin’s parameters. Building a new sample library from scratch is an incredibly simple task with this plugin and it is now my go-to sampler 90% of the time. A highly recommended download!"
Since you are looking for an easy-to-use sampler (and why shouldn't they be!), Grace seems to be your best bet, as mentioned by Bibz1st.
