Some Questions On Circuit Bending

So I've decided to do a little Circuit Bending as I have some old electronics and misc to experiment with. However, I have a question; I have a lot of old guitar pedals that I no longer use. Has anybody ever had success or done anything particularly cool with some old guitar FX pedals? I'm just curious because the "hunt & peck" nature of CB doesn't seem to be feasible with a guitar pedal as you would have to have your whole guitar rig going and playing while hunting and pecking.

So anyways, any body with some cool Tips and Tricks, especially in the guitar FX area, please post. I can't wait to build some crazy ass pedal board with my Frankenstein pedals (I may even buy some of those cheap ass Behringer pedals to play with for this.)
