sad to hear all the bad news.

i had a casualty too, last wednesday night.
kitties brought me a [strikethrough]cookie[/strikethrough] mouse but it died.

what's the best place to play cat and mouse? why, beneath my bed as i try to get some sleep, of course!
or, next to the kitchen closet where there's a mouse sized entrance to the space beneath even my cats can't reach (imagine my joy when i have to tear down my furniture to get rid of a decomposing rodent!)

I'm getting "the stare" from Maple Not sure what she's on about, but she wants something she is not getting.

Spring is doing that to me from the kitchen counter...I wonder why...

We had storms tonight and the siren went off. To my amazement, Kaylee didn't freak out this time! She was sitting in Mark's office chair in the room closest to the siren, and she just stayed there!

Then the power went out. She became worried then. She was wondering why we turned off the lights! Then she noticed the sky flashing, so she stayed out of the office (we had the door open for some light).

Eventually the power came back on, we resumed watching X-Men: First Class, and fed the girls.

P.S. I miss Frank.

Max can be a good kitteh when he wants to be. He lets me brush him w/o too much fuss. Of course he gets overly stimulated

I think it's because of Max. She's just never been the same since he followed me home. She's always worried he's around. I can't do anything right

What kind of food do you feed them? (Her in particular)

It's the vet recommended stuff........forget the name. Sometimes I wonder if she isn't taking me for a ride.
