Im thinking about purchasing Dell inspiron 1720 for live use only, since i can donwgrade it to XP (dell's site has xp drivers) seems a nice choice, bu i won a firewire 140 and someone told me inspiron firewire chipset is not TI so i might have issues., id like to know if any of u has a similar setup or do u think i would have issues with this lap top and mys soundcard?
