"textured noise"
oddly crunchy whimpers, it sounds like an android being wrung through a series of very odd mechanical devices even to me this is a very visual stream of auditory events |

interesting...
i appreciate, in both chronology and also mastering process, how many aggressive aspects of these sonic textures are tempered and contrated by short silences, delay effects and smooth (sinusoïdal) sounds |

Interesting that you refer to this one as textured noise - sure, this is a rugged landscape of incredible sounds, but this also sounds more melodic to me than a lot of your tracks. I thought you were going to bust into a full on solo at one point with that mellow synth. Anyhow, very engaging as always Rick, really enjoyed it. |

I agree and other than that, you need many un-musical events to appreciate the few almost melodic elements imho Cheers |

I had a great time trying to describe the rick scott experience to some just-starting-out electronic musicians today. |
