A rough approximation of a korean taco, with kimchi, chinese cabbage, srirachi and vegetarian eel. Yeah, eel. Rather tasty indeed.

Surprised Can you please post a picture or link that shows what that looks like? Interested to know excactly what it's made of too. I thought I'd heard of most vegetarian imitations but I realize things have happened since I was a vegan back in the nineties...

About to have breakfast. That and tacos are the only things that both Mark and I eat at the same time. Otherwise it's everyone for themselves. I make breakfast. He makes tacos. Very Happy
