That's what the whole tilt-shift thing is, post-processing. I had no idea you could do it like this in camera (but I know squat about photography really so... Smile)

I guess that's why your pic is a lot more 'natural' than a lot of the tilt-shift stuff I've seen. Bit like recording in a live space as opposed to adding reverb later. Very Happy

Well, true Tilt-Shift is done in-camera with Tilt-Shift lenses, predominantly when working with architecture Wink The popularity has meant most of it these days is post processing, and it's slightly different from the shallow-panorama, in that the plane doesn't tilt or shift - it's stuck in the natural centre location.

The perception is very similar though.

One of the reasons I mostly shoot 'wide open' is the way such a shallow Depth-of-Field makes things look the way I perceive them. The 35/1.4L is my favourite lens, though the 85/1.2L follows as a very close second.

A saz (bağlama? I don't know, my sister called it a saz when she gave it to me, so that's what I call it).

That bee/spider shot is really something.

And, Hink, another fine squirrel picture.
