Well, even if it's not going to be soon, I'd be glad to wait for the bug-free SE and your update |

I haven't had any issues in live 7.0.16, I hope the most recent update fixed that for you. |

Fine Synth looks like a Halloween pumpkin a little bit Sounds good, but has tooo much Functions ...C.U... too many functions? I dunno about that. IMHO, Albino and Predator have too many functions, and I don't have nearly as much fun with them as I do with plugs like FMMF. I think it's just a case of getting to know what the plugin can do, and figuring out what features you like. Take time and don't let all the bells and whistles boggle you - just fool about with some sounds and you might find yourself wanting all those functions pretty quickly. |

Hi botkiller it was just a joke i like this synth, and had enough time yet to look what he can do my only "Problem" are the sound disturbances during the patch change, and occasional CPU spikes. But with this i can live quite well. Otherwise he has succeeded really well. ...C.U... |

I think this VSTi is not working properly in my system. I have quad core machine and I've tested FMMF with Tracktion and Xlutop Chainer. Could someone make simple sine wave modulating sine wave patch and post an mp3. I have very weak sound when I try this. Modulating operator's amplitude is full and output sounds almost like pure sine wave. |

Here ya go: http://www.delamancha.co.uk/misc/FMMF_sine_on_sine.zip
Simple sine modulating a sine, no effects, fxp and mp3, done in FL 9 sine on sine is quite weak sounding compared to other waveforms with more harmonics in them though |

Thanks for the quick reply. The patch and mp3 sounded same in my system. Can you also give an example of sound using 1>2>3>4 routing. I can't get classic dx/fm-type sounds at all. Maybe you can demo some of those botkiller presets. Something weird is going on because there is no sound on some of dirt-settings. |

I figured that if I manually type amplitude level I can make proper fm-sounds. I believe botkiller's presets are not sounding right in my system. When manually typing amplitude value I can enjoy the power of this synth! This is multisegment envelope heaven! |

When sine is modulating sine (same octave) amplitude of 500 is not sounding extreme at all.
If I modulate sine with saw, amplitude slider behaves like cross fader. Value of 10 sounds like very mild saw wave. Also dirt settings K and L are adding this massive DC-offset and there is no sound unless I put hi pass filter after FMMF. |

what a great job on that synth!!!
thanks very much de la Mancha!! It has a great workflow and sounds very good to me!!! (im not a synth expert but for my taste is excellent)!! The only little 2 things that gets me down are (please dont get me wrong, i dont want to be rude or something ---i love it as it is anyway--- i only making some suggestions) 1. it will be very useful to be able to access the options list popup by clicking anywhere in the button area and not only by clicks at arrow. (for envelope areas only) 2. be able to "draw" the envelopes with the mouse or give to the envelope points a bigger "clickable" area (these for the half-blind people like me :p ) ![]() |
