Hi,

time to add some new informations to this thread.

After the final release of Alchemy 1.20.1 Andy notified me, that he uploaded
my updated koresounds for Alchemy's Factory Content
(in regards to the "Factory content update" - in most cases corrections
to sound designer names),

plus new koresounds for the latest bonus add-on (V4 aka Xmas presets).

All koresounds for the complete factory content (including all bonus add-ons) so far are now included in one downloadable file from the support site.

Please don't let the upload date of the file fool you - the date shows
the time then it was first uploaded !

just re-download it again - you'll see the file
is now called AlchemyFactoryKore-1-06.CamelSounds.

What else... ?

I've been converting "Arp Dimensions" and "Steamworx" lately,
and so far added tags for Soundtypes, Sources and Genre.
I think I'll add some more tags in regards to "Mode" and "Timbre",
needs some more days - but stay tuned...

That's all for today.

Have a nice day...

Hi folks,

it's been awhile, but I really have been strucked by NI's decision to dicontinue Kore - really not knowing, if this all makes sense anymore...

Well, I decided for myself to give NI the finger (bad joke I know,OK... Very Happy )
instead of any more money, but continue to use Kore further for what it's worth...

OK, so for all those out who still might be interrested,
I'd first like to announce a new set of koresounds for
Simon Stockhausen's 2nd Alchemy bank ALCHEMISTRY BEYOND:

http://www.patchpool.de/alchemistry_beyond.html

If you love ambient sounds you should check it out.
(And if you haven't allready, you should also give his first set a try !)
If you allready got it, you allready should have been notified by Simon
about the koresounds.
If you're going to buy the soundset at some later point in the future, ask Simon
about the koresounds, these are exclusive available from him.
BTW, I don't work for Simon, but I really love what he is coming up with.

Next up these days:
koresounds for Arp Dimensions, Dubstep, Steamworx and Guitar mutations
(Thanks to Camel for some credits - nice move indeed !)

Cheers
See ya soon...

My pleasure, Simon - great to know, that still some kore users are around,
who have a use for the those files...not necessary expected from me after NI
kicked us in the ass.

Anyway, as I think I forgot to include a readme file this time, I'd like to mention, that the koresounds also include Simon's comments from his pdf-file,
so if one comes along a sound one likes, you might check, if the koresound
includes some additional informations ("Edit" button inside Kore).

----

OK, for today I finished the Steamworx set (completly tagged),
tomorrow some last work on Dubstep - then these files will be sent to Andy.
I think, these should be available this week.

After that some work to do with Arp Dimensions and Guitar Mutations.

---

Ah, and another thing...
Don't know, if it has been mentioned before, but there is a new
soundset in the user library available - called Coxco Pads,
I think it's worth to check those sounds out.

Soon...

OK,

koresounds for "Steamworx" and "Dubstep", both sets fully tagged,
are up now at Camel's supportpage in the userlibrary for registered
owners of those soundsets.
Thanks to Andy once more.

Hi fellows,

it's been awhile...

I'm a little curious after all the Kore "fiasco" talk etc.
if there are still Alchemy users out there, who are interested
in the according koresounds for the latest Alchemy add-ons ?

Namely right now for "Arp Dimensions", "Analogica", "biolabs Dark Space",
"Guitar Mutations" and "Himalaya Vintage" ?

I got 4 of those 5 sets saved as koresounds now (but not that extensively tagged like some before, but still basic tags are provided).

If there are still some people interested, I'll provide Andy of Camel
with the sounds, otherwise I won't bother him with it anymore... Very Happy
(just kidding, he's a really cool guy !)

So either raise your hands up,
or let this thread fall into silence...

Cheers

Losan, first off you should be commended for the time and effort spent on this endeavor. Until your most recent post in this thread - which I went back and read from start to finish - I'd no idea of the extent of your efforts. So please except this user's gratitude.

That said, I hope you see fit to share your most recent efforts.

With Kore having been discontinued I don't know that providing KSD's serves as incentive to potential Camel Sound user's, but I don't doubt the existing user base appreciates them.

First - sorry for the delayed reply,
thanks for your kind feedback - jondl_2000 and danielbailey -
much appreciated !

OK, so I'll still continue (even if there are just a few fellows out there), I've got "Himalaya Vintage" already finished,
then some final touch-ups - then those mentioned 5 sets will be sent to Andy soon.

Keep tuned, I'll announce it here then it's done.

Thanks for reading and have a nice day,
CU

Hi there out to all Alchemy and Kore users/lovers

I thought it might be some time for an upate...
You might have recognised, that I am a little slow at providing
according koresounds to the latest releases by Camel Audio - it is just caused by the fact, that I sometimes just not in the mood for it since the Kore discontinuation - nonetheless...

-I provided koresounds to Simon Stockhausen's latest set:
Alchemistry Metallurgy (at patchpool.de) - for anyone who might buy it now or later - ask him for providing the according koresounds.

-Alchemy Add-ons:
I'll give me a week from now on for the latest 6 released sets -
they are all saved, Meta data applied, all have tags assigned like type and soundsources at least - I'll add some more tags, but will then upload them
as they are at the end of the week - completly tagged or not.

-I'll provide koresounds for the upcoming Simon Stockhausen soundset
(http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=339281&postda ys=0&postorder=asc&start=0) - I love stringed instruments !

Hi fellows,

some news for today...

I've finished the koresounds for Simon Stockhausen soundset "Warped Strings"
today (I love this set !) - fully tagged again this time.
These are available exclusively from Simon (if you're a late buyer, please contact him for those, and he will deliver them to you).

------------------------------------------------------------ ----

2nd I uploaded the latest Alchemy Add-ons as koresounds to Andy
(Analogica, Arp Dimensions, biolabs Dark Space, Dream Voices, Guitar Mutations and Himalaya Vintage).
These should be soon available on Camel's site (User account)-
I (or Andy) will notify you here, then they're ready for download.

Please note, that these are not completely tagged
(I wanted, but I'm sorry, I just got one life...LOL),
but all of them have at least all Metadata, Sources used, and
Type assigned as Attributes (and some a little more...)
I think, those are overdue, so...
They come as they are, hope you have a use for them.

Best and CU

Wink
