requested transfer (twice already) and still no reply. Request was sent to the official e-mail address. I am patient and last transfer I was involved in took long time too and I have read that time, why is the service slower...I'm just seeking some assurance, if there can be one, that it will be done...

...or if there's maybe some other mail address, which I should send the request too ?

I've had the same issue. Wanting to sell my license but no reply at all from the company. And that was almost a year ago..

This forum should be shut down and a warning about the company posted on KvR. It is unethical to keep selling.

They actually have suspended all sales. Why? Who the hell knows.
