Hi

In light of recent events, we strongly advise anyone who is considering buying Rob Papen from an independent seller (ebay etc), or are buying a Rob Papen product of some who is reselling it, that you contact us before sending any money, so that we can verify that they are buying a valid version of the software.

Hi I sent a support question to Rob Papen via my account about license transfers but no reply, I'm only considering but I do like an answer, I can find no info on LT proceedings, which is why I enquired...and also why I am in this thread.

Cheers, I probably won't sell SBB though, but I like support to answer - it's not the first time a support ticket has been ignored.

Cheers!

Hi there

That is very odd, we answer all our support forum questions, almost always within a day usually much quicker, we do take pride in our support.

Look in the support forum and I can see there is nothing unanswered in the last month and I don't think we have any before that.

What was your login name, so I can check back. Did you log back into your account to see the answer ?

Cheers

Thanks for getting in contact, however you haven\'t said what the problem is. If you could let us know what the problem is, we can suggest the best thing to do.

Hi there

That was our reply because what you posted, for some reason, came as a blank message to us, literally there was nothing there. I'm not sure of the reason why it was blank, but we write this, so that hopefully people will try again and we can answer there support messages.

Cheers

Hi there

I've asked Rob to reply to you, since he deals with transfers, and he'll do as soon as he gets time.

Cheers

Was about to buy RG off this link on eBay - are they OK or to be avoided?

If it is a music shop, then it is save. But wise to check before.

Well, I bought and paid for RG - and recieved the unopened still sealed CD in a box which wasn't sealed - but when I get to activate it it tells me it's an invalid code?

One thing I'm wondering is how do I know if I should be inputting a zero or a capital 'O' - maybe thats where I'm going wrong?

Can anyone help or offer advice please?

Cheers

Hello,

Most likely you need to upgrade. If the serial starts with 0240-xxx
Then you need to update (for free) to our latest version.
So forget the DVD and register your RG.

Create an account and if you log-in you can register your RG.
You also can read after login, how to update (at home section)
