From the Zebra manual:

Is it possible to turn this off? It's quite annoying with bigger patches when the components need to be scrolled. Sometimes you accidentally have the mouse over a control and change it   |

Hehe, sorry, it can't be turned off. But it may be a good idea to make it optional for either scrolling or controls... |
