I've only managed to listen to Marilyn so far but I like it a lot. Reminds me of Fine young Cannibals and Soundgarden (how you managed that i'll never know).
It's probably the most accesible thing I've heard you do, although still clearly batty. Cool |

Marilyn and democracy are very interesting and they are nice song,well done a kind of calm Manson and bjork song.I really like. |

democracy made me smile immediately. marilyn's an interesting idea and lots of demented action in the instruments but i think the song may be better served by less lyrics/singing and more breaks between verses as it seemed like you were singing almost 100% throughout and sort of walking on some cool stuff happening underneath. maybe that was your intention and i can see how that could work with the instrumentation, but i would have liked less vocals on this one i think. and it's weird and please don't take it the wrong way, your vocal recordings on both sound a bit muffled but i think it kinda gives a nice retro feel to your voice tbh, so I don't know that it needs to change, at least on these songs. thanks for sharing mrblitz |
