I am looking at creating a path record/playback engine and AnimaMid looks like a good external engine for creating source path files (first audition the path w/ AnimaSpat2D). I will need to create recordable voltages from the MIDI messages - is there some documentation on what the messages relate to as far as X,Y and Volume - or better yet is there a version the pins out the parameters as signals?

I am not sure to understand : you want to convert MIDI CC to electrical voltages ?

The AnimaMID outputs the interpolation values, not the XY straight values as MIDI CC.
