Quite a good listen, more leftfield/soulfull Electro Synth Funk/Dance...different!

Also make sure to check out Opolopo's "Voltage Controlled Feelings" on the same label, MASSIVE synth funk.

Wow and wow (and wow). Excellent! Since I've used the word 'excellent' throughout this thread with abandon, I need to underline it now, as this is awesomely excellent. Very Happy Thank you for the link, Mr. Username.

So this is another must buy for me. I have already spent £100 at Amazon getting CDs recommended here and in other places. Shit! You don't even realise how much explaining I have to do to my wife. HiHi I keep getting CDs through the post almost every day now, and everyday she goes "what! another one! What about the kids!" HiHi

Laughing This is too funny. I must have already checked this CD out previously as I see that I put it in the cart there. I'm going mad. Nutter

That Opolopo stuff isn't bad! I like "Glide" in particular. It reminded me a bit of Jeff Lorber in the mid 80s

4 x new releases worthy of a mention...

http://www.tokyodawn.net/the_boogie2/ haven't bought this yet, will do in the new year

http://www.electroavenue.com/galactic-funk-constellations-ou t-now/ From Electro Funk to Electro Hip Hop, quite a good listen

http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/reeno4 This guy Reeno says his music is 'Soulfull Electro Funk', haven't bought this latest release...

also, got an email to day with this Reeno release... http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/reeno5 it's a more funky take on a Georgio Moroder style...

This ones great. Lots of different styles and vibes going on too.
Some tracks remind me a little of Fishbone, which are one of my favorites.
