hmm, I've also been wondering, in light of the discrete/analog thread what a materialist music would sound like. Is electronic music abstracted music because of the tonal purity of synths? Or is it an irrelevant question since there is a physical speaker at the end of every chain?

and I'm tired again.

You should've shaved before you went to the beach!!! Shit!
I wish your aunt the best, justin. I'm glad she has people around to help. I'm doing this alone, but am amazed at all the friends and neighbors and total strangers that go out of their way for me. She needs to get in contact with the American Cancer Society, They have been the best at steering me towards financial help and assistance , and she'll need it. Cancer is very expensive, even if you have good insurance. The one thing I love about my doctor is he said, we don't want you to worry about money right now, we want you to get treated and get well. So, even in our crappy healthcare system there are people willing to bend rules and try to do what's right for the patient.

Poor squirrel. Even with a safety guard over the transformer connection, it managed to take out the power to our area. Electric service is back on now, but the squirrel won't be able to enjoy it. :-(

There's only one thing worse* than being being told you're muted. Being told you're unmuted.

* This is clearly not true, but it's the interwebs innit.

If it was around these parts then at least someone would have been able to enjoy the squirrel...

I'm thinking the more I spend on music gear, the more upkeep I have on keeping it all functioning together, the more complaining on KVR I do to developers about this.

It was easier and less stressful when I had a couple freeware products.. the quality stunk (comparatively) but it didn't really matter that much to me.

Shrug

I think someone that goes by the name Pastor Slick might want to think twice about using that for their email address.
