I've been listening to a lot of mellow music around here, thanks.
a poem to go with the song: this girl is so beautiful, no words on paper or stone could ever describe her awe when she looks with those eyes, everything lights up like a perfect sunrise her smile gives warmth, bringing spring to the coldest winter day but her soul is of a werewolf, tearing through all that remains and her heart is of a vampire, casting hope into darkness for eternity left cold and alone, dreaming only of her she is my lifeline, my only memory and most of all, she is the destruction of me Last edited by mr.me on Sun Aug 21, 2011 5:03 am; edited 3 times in total |

Also can't forget to thank Jazzyspoon for most of the drum kit that I rediscovered on my computer. |

Nice work. I like the sound selection a lot and I love the drum sound. I enjoyed this quite a bit. Thanks. |

your voice reminded me of Robyn Hitchcock. I liked the song enough to listen straight through till the end. I thought a couple of sounds did not match the sound of the rest of the track, the very first one in particular. I think it could use a little more mixing but then again it has a nice "demo" quality to it that I actually like. Good stuff. ---- my music: http://www.soundclick.com/alexcooper “Everybody is a genius. Nothing worse than standing around naked on a Friday night. Especially if it's raining, and you've lost your keys!
I missed this by about 10 minutes last night. This has a nice minimalist feel, but it works for me. Nice sounds and tune. Good track. |

I bounced around on the begining...was strings, but i just couldn't bring myself to reveal them yet. Thought that the synth might make it seem as if it was going in a different direction. much thanks for the feedback! |

This is tight. The drums are cool and the vocals are emotional and honest. What drum kit (of mine?) did you use? I thought the only thing this was missing was a solid low bassline in some of the peak spots to flex up with that kick. I'm not on my system right now, so forgive me if there is a bassline and I just missed it because of my monster 2 inch woofers on these computer speakers. |

Hey J, PRESSUR KIT...with the scissors and other cool sounds, didn't use the brass kick tho'. Thanks for the advice, I'll see if I can come up with some bass on the next run. BTW, if you guys are interested in doing remix on one of my tracks...say the word. |
