Strange...Seems like we have different experiences with Crysonic. When I originally bought their stuff I had absolutely no problem. The installers and authorizations came pretty quickly and the plugs are actually quite nice in my opinion, especially the limiter. Crysonic might be a little behind with promises but at least they are kind of around. Can't complain...
.... How many enemies have I made? |

Yep, if you can't have a laugh, what can you have? Nice to see a bit of humour for a change! |

Previous customer here...
Just adding my voice to the chorus. Not only did I buy the fabled "everything bundle" back in September, but due to being overwhelmed and a bit disorganized at the time, coupled with the new ridiculously tired marketing emails every week, I mistakenly bought it--TWICE. Ok, even $60 is not a bad deal for these plugins, IF they would actually arrive (I did like the sound of Nextasy and Spectralive 3) But here we are--still no plugins. No download links. Nothing. |

Sorry to hear that....
I've learnt my lesson here, I'm not even going to chase the paltry amount I paid them. However, anyone getting those emails stating you will 'own the earth' for $24 dollars, don't be fooled! I got another one today, and since I posted the response from 'James, could do with a lesson in English or two', I've received some really sh**y spam, I kid you not. Bunch of crooks out to make a fast buck. Let's face it, how serious can a plugin be if they're prepared to let them go dirt cheap like that? I wouldn't even consider putting them in my signal chain from now on, what a bunch of jokers. Dirty tactics, dirty plugins and anyone who has any clout on this forum should remove them. That's the last from me on it, unless I feel I need to get involved... New year, had enough of scamming pri**s. Ta. |

Again... read the backlogs. What more do we need to end this? They send out spam emails devaluing their products at a ridiculous price. In fairness they may have a sense of humour I am overlooking...but that is at a stretch! They then send more spam emails offerring the same products you purchased for less. These emails are only to existing customers, people who paid previously. Try and contact them on getting your product or money back and complete silence. They send out customer service notices to all customers claiming they will provide on a date or refund. Silence. Sent several emails since nothing. NOTE Up until July last year they were responsive. Since August nothing. I have sent now 11 emails no response. Today the send out a marketing campaign with the same product and offer yet cheaper and only to the existing customers. FACE PALM MOMENT! Finally posted the product in March 2012 - 6 months later and 2 months late! Last edited by MFXxx on Sun Mar 11, 2012 6:45 am; edited 2 times in total |
