another new composition at work, slower and dirtier than usual, has a NIN closer feel to it(tho i didnt aim to do that, it just feels like this with the drums)

Yeah, those drums certainly have a bit of "Closer" to them. I like this track. The mix sounds very good to me. It seems to have more "space" in it than your other tracks. Really like the tuned panned percussion. Nice work.

thanks, i think the straight hats and really simple kick/snare at this tempo makes it so, that's why i went with some electro "bass" to try and remove the plagiarism feel lol

the percs are live's preset racks tweaked to my needs

thanks, when(if) i revisit it i'll make sure the make those drums dirty as hell (as now its basically a sine kick and noise snare and hats
