Hello,
I'd like to try to make my version of film music on a film, but does anybody know the best way to remove music from a film file without removing the talking? (Am I being too naive? Cheers, |

One suggestion would be to take the DTS 5.1 track and extract the channels,
then just take the center this usually contains in a lot of movies just voice. ---- Cubase 6, Alesis Fusion, Virus Ti Desktop, Korg Triton & Digital & Analog Collection, K2000R, Yamaha CS1x, Komplete 6, Kirk Hunter Libraries, NVA Taiko Drums, Uhe Ace, Polyana, Jamstix 3, Toontrack Drums and more libraries and VST's |

If you want to do something that more than likely won't work but doesn't hurt to try is to contact the owner of the movie, such as paramount, ect.
Chances are they either won't respond, won't give you it, or ask for tons of money for it. Never hurts to ask though. |
