I didnt really explain what I wanted to do in the original post. I was originally just trying to get a picture into energyXT. After thinking about it, it would work better if you could just change the standard icon for each VST. I think the idea is really cool.

For Example, lets say you have samples from a rock band loaded into 4 different samplers. You could make the drum sampler look like a drum set, a guitar sampler could be a pic of a guitar, a vocal sampler could be a picture of the lead singer. Lets say you want an effect on the vocals. Its very obvious which sampler is the vocals. Without pictures you are looking at a screen with the same 4 icons. I realize you could rename each sampler but pictures would be much more fun.

It kinda pissed me off to have people laugh at my idea. Apparently, my idea isn't so stupid since Jorgen has already said he would do this. Also, I didn't know that this topic was discussed before.
