Hi,

Some users are reporting that Alchemy Mobile is unable to log in to Camel Audio accounts. This is not affecting regular logins, only Alchemy Mobile.

We're not sure what the problem is at this stage - it may be related to the iOS 5.1 update, or possibly an expired security certificate on our website. I've passed an urgent message on to our web admin and the app developers. We hope to have this resolved soon, and apologies for the inconvenience.

In the mean time the app should continue to function normally, but if you need to reinstall you will not have access to previous in-app purchases, so we advise waiting until the problem is solved. If you have any questions please ask.

Peace,
Andy.

Don't know yet ... still a few things to work out. It will probably be released at the same time as Alchemy 1.30, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Peace,
Andy.

Our secure certificate did indeed expire over the weekend - the new one was in the system but simply hadn't been activated - my apologies for this, you should not receive any security warnings visiting the site now.
I have just tested app login both on iOS5 and after updating to 5.1 and it is working fine at this end so hopefully that's it working for everyone now.
