"OTT is a re-creation of a popular aggressive multiband upwards / downwards compressor setting used by many dubstep and electro producers."
Does anyone know which one Xfer is talking about? ---- / C'n'T Hi People! I'm an addict. Music is my drug. |

Its actually emulating the "OTT" preset for Ableton Live's multiband compressor, which is why the bands/ratios on xfer's OTT aren't modifiable. It's just meant to do that one thing. ---- miedex |

There's a lot of good looking freeware there. I can't wait to try the Dimension Expander. Thanks so much for this. |

Thanks for the nice words, guys!
I've just updated the OTT for Windows with some denormal fixes (big CPU use when the audio input is silent), which only surfaced for me when using NI Maschine or NI Kore as host. http://www.xferrecords.com/freeware/ Steve |

Great free comp! Reminds me the Rough Rider Pro (which I have) from Audio Damage. Quite similar sonic color. Love the way it pumps the hell out of a beat.
Thanks very much Xfer ! ---- Better one day as a lion than a hundred days as a sheep. |

Thanx Steve, it sounds excellent and I very much appreciate the lack of more control - it's just perfect and it yields excellent results! |
