The lyric has something to do with a person that I ones knew. She was a great friend, but we both had to cut it off, because it was becoming some thing more than that. It took every thing I had to do so. Lyrics have always been a lot of work for me, so I always try to put some of me in them.
This is the first time Im working with out head phone on the mix down. I'm using my M-Audio AV 40s that my wife bought me for the first time, on this song. It's nice to have the head phones off. as with all of your material, i'm really digging the orchestration.
the piano that arrives on the right at 2:24 may be a tad loud. it might be interesting to hear this with different drums. regardless of anything else; it's really cool how you put all of the different instruments and their parts together. |

Good orchestration and strings. I agree with the post above, some vocal processing will do wonder to the track. |

I'm not sure what part you mean when it comes to putting every thing together, But I start out in order with drum than piano, vocal, bass, guitar strings. Than comes the part I have very little time for, the mix. Listen to SilverBeats New MP3: "I Need You Tonight" http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=11525982 |
