How is it I can use maschine which has NO FLAPPING MULTICORE SUPPORT as easily or better than FL or S1???????????????????????????????????????

what do you mean by "use a machine" "as easily or better".

if i assume you mean the cpu use of running plugins in either fl studio or studio1 is greater than reaper even without multi-core support we're left with what i've already explained.

- block sizes
- buffer alignment
- driver interfacing
- potentially but unlikely modes like fpucontrol
otherwise there is absolutely no difference. no matter how much you bang your head against the wall it won't change facts.

well if reaper were really that much faster that other hosts i'd be interested because 10% or whatever is a huge difference.

i just can't get that result when i test it myself. Shrug
