Hi, I'm working building a VST plugin (VST SDK 3.5.1 and VSTGUI 4.0.1 wrappering the plugin to VST2) the problem is when I load the plugin in a DAW (Sonar 8.5) and move all the knobs to the maximum value (when the DAW is stopped) and hit play the parameters are not updated. Other issue is, if I try to save a preset when the DAW is stopped the parameters are not saved in the chunk. The plugin parameters only works if I load a preset (stop or play mode) and all the other things (load, save, parameter update) work like a charm when the DAW is in play mode.

Someone knows why the parameters are not updated from the Editor to the Processor when the DAW is stopped?

Is there another method for editor part to notify the processor that the parameters are updated?
