I am thinking of buying the TO-STEPPER XL arp and there is a bundle with this synth, I like how it sounds, like my dirty old Sixtrack sorta based on my memory, and the package just has this nice vintage feel. I'm just wondering how decent the synth is though, and looking for recommendations http://tubeohm.com/TubeOhm/Anti-Transpirant_XL.html

I guess I'll just stick with the free versions for now, but something about them just is very cool to me, I know they are not the latest and greatest, and the synth uses a surprising amount of CPU (I'm wondering what the 8x oversampled version is like). But I have always liked simple 1 OSC synths, simplicity is good for me. Anyhow, still wondering what anyone else'd mileage with this synth and sequencer has been like. |

It's a good synth but find it lacks slight oomph or maybe I just haven't spent enough time with it. But do try their Pure-Pone for massive grit and fantastic filter. |

Cool, I*'ll do that. I think for now I'm going to stick with the freebies and see if I end up needing poly voices from these. |
