Spicy Guitar (free VST) standalone fails...

... on my Win 7 SP1 Phenom II 6X 1Tb hdd system.
And on my VistaUltimate 640Gb 2.7GHz Intel Core2Duo system.
It also fails in FLStudio as a plugin (see video)

Image Line seem stumped as to why this occurs!

I don't know if you are into Strum, but the Acoustic Session version is for sale at Cakewalk's site for $20 and they have a 26% off sale. I love Strum personally, I don't have much experience with Spicy Guitar but I believe they operate in a very similar way.
