got a new 64 bit system and i was on xp 32 bit in the past of course installed the normal 32 bit versions of plugins only. now i installed mostly 64 bit if available, the NI plugins dont have a prob with it but nexus, gladiator, t-racks and many more arent found when i load an old project, i had to isntall the 32 bit versions too and then they were found.

i can understand it somehow, but why do NIplugins 64 bit versions work on my old projects and others not?

what advantages do i have of 64 bit versions? otherwise i will use 32 bit only still to not have 2 entries of all plugins.
