I don't know why my post was duplicated several times, but I know of no way to remove them. |

Don't worry, I think they were just having a little fun at your expense. Full CSR is now installed here. It's pretty cool for the extra-discounted sale price: about forty bucks here, plus I got five more jampoints that I have no idea what to do with.
Maybe CSR2 will be another Ye Olde Kustom Shoppe and I can use my points to buy actual models of "the most famous hardware reverb units of all time." But wait, CSR is already supposed to have those. Anyway, my points will probably expire before that happens. - |

Now see, was that so hard? antithesist wrote: Maybe CSR2 will be another Ye Olde Kustom Shoppe and I can use my points to buy actual models of "the most famous hardware reverb units of all time." In total agreement about the Jampoints. (That wasn't so hard either!) Let me pre-order ST3 or CSR: the Next Generation or SOMETHING! I'm not an ios user or Custom Shop GASer, so gimme a chance to meet you half way before I lose em! And you're welcome Obik, thank you. You're a consistent presence here and I appreciate your time, IK's GBs and the frequent deals. I also see it's a hard row to hoe here sometimes while you're trying to damn-near give stuff away! Yeah, not so hard on either account. I was just reminded that you can use jampoints to pay for half of a transfer fee. I actually have 53 now. So if I wanted to mess with it, I would have a little more grease to try to move some redundant licenses.
They said somewhere that they were rethinking the fee for lesser items like TR singles, etc. Again, at least some of mine will probably expire before anything happens on that though. I think I lose some at the end of the summer. I know, I could buy stuff for Amplitube. I suppose buying those credits is my final hedge before points expire. At least there's one thing you can do with a few points. Then there's drummertracks and xpansiontanks, but those have gone for five bucks or so each at times. I don't need any DT's, though I do have the sampler with one track from each that Squids was giving away, and I probably have all the XT's I need with the 11 I already have. Not to cut IK, but I really don't have to have a single thing I have from them. They're fine products. They're just not first string for me in any category. I like to have at least a second string, if not 3rd, etc. It's good to have alternatives. The Back and White might get to move up to the majors, although I love the McDSP 6030 Ultimate Compressor for those models and like ValhallaRoom, being able to switch between models/algorithms right in the plug-in without having to change the plug-in itself. Sorry to go on about this, but I did make a thread relevant mention, at least. Finishing up, I'm fine paying normal prices for my top tier, but as I go down, I want the best deal. So far, I've got the IK stuff I have at nearly the best deals I've seen. I'm fine with that, but that's really all they are worth to me too. - |
