Ambient noise, some piano and a few beats in a fairly free-form style. Some sounds are rather harsh, so... you've been warned. Personal Space 8:33 mins Also available at SoundCloud: http://soundcloud.com/polyslax/personal-space Thanks to all who have a listen. |

That was seriously outstanding. Saved to my 'best of kvr' folder.
Really enjoyed that. Nothing like the sound of a Fender jazz bass through a wah pedal....or is there? ---- "For many individuals with mental illness, creativity is a valued and central part of their identity." |

Man, I envy your ability to send it home from left field. Felt like listening to a jazz trio warmup in a robot bar. |

Great work, Matt. Lovely contrasts between the crunchy, pulsing bits and the timeouts for mellow, contemplative ambience.
A fine track |

Very cool. I especially like 3:20-4:20 (give or take some seconds), but it all works well. Thanks, polyslax. |

This is very enjoyable. I like these free-form tracks. Perfect balance of contrasting elements.

Everything aside from the obvious piano, drums, bass comes out of NI's Skanner XT. I was feeding it my own samples fairly randomly so I can't say what exactly it was, but it will definitely grind that kind of sound out fairly easily I believe. |
